How to complete the self-assessment quizzes

Use the self-assessment quizzes to measure how effectively YW OHS is being managed and to help train supervisors of YWs.

Follow the steps below:

  1. To start the quiz click YES or NO.
  2. Click YES if you want to provide your name and contact details*. Click NO if you want to complete the quiz anonymously. 
  3. Click Submit to check your score and get instant feedback.
